Event Description:
Join us for the Art District's monthly social event, the 3rd Thursday's Gallery Hop. Celebrate art and partake in an evening of sights, sounds, food, shopping, and cosmopolitan fun. Though many shops are open earlier, the Gallery Hop officially starts at 6:00 p.m. and runs to 9:00 p.m. with restaurants and bars staying open considerably later.
This month, you're invited to join the Orlando Public Library, Downtown Arts District and Downtown Development Board for a very special “Lunchtime” event. The Downtown Orlando Information Center will host the day time edition of the Glimpse Gallery as part of the Downtown Arts District's Third Thursday Gallery Hop from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Come meet and greet with the Orlando Public Library, fellow Downtown employees and friends over snacks on your lunch hour! We look forward to seeing you there and giving you the opportunity to meet some very special Downtown neighbors.

This month the Kiene-Quigley Community Gallery will feature the abstract artwork of Juan Sepulveda. POUND Gallery is hosting Orlando-based graffiti artist, Swamburger, and the works of Peterson Guerrier. The Art District Showcase Gallery will feature the glass works of Eric Layton as well as imaginative paintings by Terry Hummell. NV Gallery serves up the best of Curt Littlecott and Stephanie Rounds unobtrusive style of people photography. The Orlando Magic Classroom is hosting “A Collaboration of Digital Art and Photography”, featuring local artists: Michael Chatman, Rusty Wahl, Rich Franco, Jerry Paterson, John F. Medeiros. And . . . last but certainly not least, Roho Art & Coffee will be showcasing the Hispanic artwork of Alex Molina.
Hosted by CityArts Factory in partnership with the Downtown Arts District, the Arts and Cultural Alliance and The Red Chair Project present The Red Chair Affair Visual Art Exhibit curated by Artists Registry.com to be held at CityArts Factory in the former Kiela Glassworks Gallery. Showcasing the artwork from 10 artists, a portion of the art sale proceeds support redchairproject.com.
