Welcome to the 9.9.09 edition of Carnival of Cities. This blog carnival is organised by Sheila Scarborough of Sheila's Guide To The Good Stuff and BootsnAll Family Travel Logue fame and is hosted biweekly by various travel blogs. The previous blog carnival was hosted by Emm in London.
