Bridgedale Socks - Wool Fusion?

These socks sound like the ones for me! If they are wool or a wool blend. Modern wool socks are cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Not at all scratchy like they were in the "old days". I'll be checking their link, Thanks

Matisse book

The book, A Journey into Matisse's South of France sounds like something I'd enjoy reading. We visited Paris (and a batch of the art museums) and the Basque country...but have yet to go to the south of France.
