STUDY ABROAD ADMINISTRATOR

LOCATION: Jacksonville, Florida

JOB DESCRIPTION
Administrator is responsible for general office activities and support of all administrative IEP tasks including: student advising, catalog mailing, customer support, transcripts, documentation, billing, mail review, and coordination with staff.  This position works in collaboration with a 2-3 person US staff and a 4-8 person foreign based staff to manage all admin related issues.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience - Two years experience in administration work.

Communication - Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate to multiple audiences.

Customer Service - Must have a strong customer service orientation.

Organization - Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Interpersonal - Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate (naturally) with supervisors, colleagues, IEP staff, etc.

Flexibility - Must be very flexible and be able to respond quickly to changing circumstances. Must have a high tolerance for ambiguity and changing situations.

Administration - Must be detail oriented and efficient.

Technology - Must have full range of computer skills, including proficiencies with both PC and MAC computers.

Education - BA/BS required. MA/MS preferred.
