(January 12, 2009) – Casa Grandview Luxury Vacation Resort Homes & Suites kicks off preparations for the upcoming palmbeach3 contemporary art fair this week with the arrival of dmg Arts & Antiques Fairs, producers of palmbeach3, SOFA New York & SOFA Chicago, as they prepare for this dynamic four- day event with anticipated 25,000 guests, worldwide.   

Celebrating its 12th season, palmbeach³ contemporary art fair returns to the Palm Beach County Convention Center on January 15-18, 2009.  This four-day event presents more than 80 galleries representing 16 countries from around the world offering highly sophisticated contemporary art, photography, video, installation art & design.  The glittering vernissage debuts January 14, 2009 with a preview evening, offering serious collectors, connoisseurs and art professionals the first opportunity to preview and purchase a stellar array of paintings, photography, video, sculptures, functional objects and design from 80 prestigious national and international dealers.
