The American Automobile Association (AAA) estimates that approximately 92.3 million people will travel at least 50 miles from home between December 23, 2010 and January 2, 2011. 85.7 million of these travelers will be driving to their destination.

One of the best sites I've seen for inspiration is Voyage.tv. They've got incredible videos and focus on several locations.
