The 2011 Passports with Purpose project raised almost $90,000 to build two libraries in Zambia! Thank you to all that participated - this will change lives.

We partnered with Grand Trunk (whom we just love) to provide a prize for Passports with Purpose.

Grand Trunk graciously donated a Bamboo Blend Traveler’s Pack – which includes a Bamboo Blend sleep sack, bed sheet, pillowcase.

And Grand Trunk, in their own words:

Grand Trunk makes goods for travels, not trips. Trips require luggage. Travels are experiences, the kind that stay with you for the rest of your life. They can't be compressed into a fridge magnet or a tee shirt. They affect who you are, and shape who you'll become. We salute the travelers - explorers of the world, adventurers abroad, weekend warriors, urban campers - who share a belief in discovering the world around them, whether down the street or across the globe. Because we believe that once you’re on the road, anything is possible.

We heard from our PWP Winner, and would love to share it with you!

I received my Grand Trunk merchandise from the Passports with Purpose
online raffle yesterday. All I can say is WOW! I sent you a photo of the travel towel, fitted sheet, pillowcases (2) and sleep sack. All come in terrific tiny pouches and hold soft, durable, clean items to use for travel. My husband asked "what will we do with that?" - halfway through my explanation, he purloined the sleep sack and towel for use on his car racing weekends...I can't wait to try these products! I need to plan a trip immediately.

Thank you so much for this awesome prize -- I will show it off to all of my friends!

What will we build next year? Stay tuned!
