Take a tour of the countries ringing the Mediterranean Sea and discover why their foods are favorites the world over.  From the rich tastes of Spain to the distinctive flavors of the Greek Islands to the delightful dishes from North Africa, Chef Jim LaPerriere will guide your culinary adventure.  Learn about the spices and herbs that set each country apart, and the primary food staples for each region.  Lots of Q&A and tasting during this delicious “demonstration” workshop, and recipes you can recreate for your family or next dinner party.
