Viang Vieng, Laos

Spring is Landing 

The village of Viang Vieng, Laos is a common stop for backpackers on their way to Luang Prabang.  I decided to get away from the tourist part of the village and did a photo walk outside of the main village to where the locals lived.  There I was greeted with the real life of Laos.  Outside of the village I found myself surrounded my rice fields, villagers, and many butterflies.  A great reminder that if you dig a little bit, you can always find authentic life.
