Punta Cana's powdery sandy beaches and crystal clear ocean water provide the perfect tropical get away for the family. Punta Cana is a region of the Dominican Republic. It is considered a jewel of the Caribbean. Punta Cana has such beautiful beaches and the most stunning turquoise ocean I have ever seen.

Punta Cana, Dominican Republic

Walk along the beach with the sun on your skin, the warm breeze blowing around your salty ocean hair, watching the palm trees sway, and the salt water touching your bare feet. The beach has an open bar filled with cool refreshing drinks. Relax by the pool and enjoy listening to the locals perform songs.

From your hotel room at the Ocean Blue and Sand Resort, you can get a shaded balcony overlooking the ocean. Have an adventure of a lifetime sailing around the luxurious islands - and if you’re lucky, you might even see dolphins. There's an all you can eat buffet in the main part of the resort where it serves fresh fruits and any possible food imaginable. You can walk along the beach and go into little shops that feature homemade jewelry and paintings made by local artisans. Listen to the beat of the drums and the sounds of the crashing waves on the shore while you eat dinner at sunset. For lively night people, the village square has live bands at night and a dance club.

If you’re more of an active type, there are plenty of things to do in Punta Cana. You can go scuba diving, sailing, kayaking, swimming with the dolphins, snorkelling, and parasailing. Punta Cana is known for its Spanish heritage and friendly locals. Punta Cana is the ideal retreat for those looking for a remarkable escape.
