I don't know if this is a set-up for a joke - but all eyes eagerly await this answer, every time we are asked! With smiles growing as we start with "umm..cereal." Which is true I am a cereal lover, that and our daily cappuccino & fresh squeezed OJ.

In a few tiny towns across Italy they continue to celebrate carnevale, with the festivities ending this weekend. We just so happened to be in luck because our neighboring town of Apecchio keeps on partying long after Fat Tuesday!
After one crazy year in Italy - my how things have changed! We can decidedly say we feel at home. 2008 has flown by with a new adventure everyday - it is hard to believe that 14 short months ago we were sitting in the Consulate General's office in NYC begging for our visa's. And now we have our Permesso di Soggiorno to live in Italy for another year!
I thought for my first article i would introduce myself & tell a bit of my story on how my husband & I went from a month-long visit to Italy in the Spring of 2006 to living here & running a business by the end of 2007!
