This Temple is surrounded by water, and was established in 1604. Golden Temple is totally made of Pure Gold. This Temple is a home of Guru Ramdas Ji, the fourth GURU of Sikh religion.

Gurudwara is open 24 hours/day; people who don't have any home or place to go just stay in Gurudwara and worship God.

It is compulsory to cover your head before entering the Golden Temple, so many visitors love to wear turban when they are going inside the temple; shopkeepers can help people to tie turbans on their head.
