My family and I boarded the Circumvesuviana train to head back to Sorrento, Italy, where we were staying for the night. We had just finished a tour of the ancient city of Pompeii, buried in ash by the volcano Vesuvius, which erupted in 79AD.

This summer I learned how to wakeboard on Lake Tahoe! For five hot days in August, my brother and I participated in a local summer camp. We had the option to either wakeboard or waterski.
