Fox Glacier, on the South Island of New Zealand, is one of the most accessible glaciers in the world. It ends in the middle of a lush rainforest, just 250 meters above sea level. It moves at up to ten times the speed of other glaciers. And there are many glacier tours that let you walk on the ice of the glacier itself.
Have you considered visiting beautiful South Africa? Located at the southernmost tip of Africa, this gorgeous country offers truly stunning variety in terms of landscape, culture, language, and flora and fauna. Furthermore, South Africa is home to the second mildest climate in the world after Hawaii, according to the Guinness Book of World Records.

I discovered a great place to learn about jobs: the career services bulletin board at John Cabot University (JCU), an American University in Rome. Probably any American University in another country would have something similar.
The famed image of toddlers' bare bottoms waddling around China is one I won't soon forget. Upon first arriving in China, I'll admit that it was instinctual to retract in disgust, only later giving way to a quick reach for my camera in appalled amusement to attempt a covert picture. The images vary from that of a child squatting in the sidewalk to relieve herself through the ease of her split-bottom pants, a grandma squatting with baby open-legged on her lap encouraging him to "go" on the sidewalk, or a mom holding her bare-bottomed baby over th
