A Film In The Park

Unfortunately, the drive-in movie theater is no longer a primary moviegoing opportunity in the United States. It used to be that you could find such drive-ins across the country, but they’ve been closing down left and right. They’re just not as profitable as they used to be, and there are really only a handful left.

Traditionally, tests and examinations evaluate how students perform in terms of learning outcome. However in a learner-centred education system, it is more important to monitor students' learning processes and to give them direct feedback.

Teaching is often cited as one of the most stressful jobs around, and it's not hard to imagine why. High expectations from administrators and constantly changing legislation combined with long hours and relatively low pay come with the territory. 

However, teaching is a highly rewarding field with plenty of perks, such as extended holidays and summers off.

The Library of Congress today signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Digital Public Library of America to become a "content hub partner" and will ultimately share a significant portion of its rich digital resources with DPLA's database of digital content records.
