Ingredients
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon unsalted butter (plus a little extra for rolling)
chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
1. Mix cocoa powder, sweetened condensed milk and butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
2. Cook the mixture for about 10 minutes or until thick. Be sure to stir frequently.
3. Remove chocolate mixture from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
4. Use a spoon to scoop out a small amount of the chocolate mixture and then roll it into a ball. (A little butter on your hands makes it easier to roll the sticky mixture.)
5. Roll the balls in the chocolate sprinkles. Chill before serving.
